1. What Appealo is

Appealo is a document-preparation and information service operated by BILPP OÜ (Estonia, reg. 16126269). It helps you prepare appeal letters for UK parking penalties. Appealo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation.

2. What Appealo is not

We do not act as your solicitor or agent. We do not submit appeals on your behalf — you review, decide, and submit every document yourself. Any deadlines, grounds, and legal information are provided for general guidance based on official sources; you are responsible for verifying them for your specific case.

3. No guarantee of outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee that any appeal will succeed. We do not advertise a success rate unless it is real, measured, and dated. Our honest assessment is our best-effort estimate, not a promise.

4. Payment

Document analysis and the win-chance assessment are free. Letter generation is charged per use (from £6.99) via Stripe. Payments are one-off; there is no subscription. Because we deliver a digital document immediately on payment, purchases are non-refundable once the letter is generated, except where required by law.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to appeal the penalty in question, and that you will submit documents within the applicable deadlines.
