Who we are

BILPP OÜ (Estonia, reg. 16126269), trading as Appealo, is the data controller for the personal data you provide. We are GDPR-compliant and store data within the EU (Cloudflare, EU configuration).

What we collect

• Your email address (for passwordless sign-in).
• The penalty documents you upload and the data extracted from them.
• Your answers during the appeal interview.
• Payment records (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: to read your notice, assess your case, generate your letter, and track deadlines. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Case documents and data are retained until 12 months after a case is closed, then deleted. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (self-service).

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your personal data. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are accessible only via short-lived signed links.
