Not legal advice
This is the most important thing to understand about Appealo, so we've given it its own page.
Appealo is a document-preparation tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you.
What that means in practice
- The information we show you (deadlines, grounds, procedures) is general guidance drawn from official sources — not advice tailored to your legal situation.
- We prepare letters based on what you tell us. We do not verify your facts and cannot tell you what will happen in your specific case.
- We never submit anything on your behalf. You review and send every document yourself.
- If your matter is complex or high-value, consider consulting a qualified solicitor or your local Citizens Advice.
Why we're this clear about it
Some appeal services blur this line and imply guarantees they can't keep. We'd rather be plainly honest: we give you well-prepared documents and honest odds, and you stay in control of the decision.
